3 essential tools if you want to step up from your current tools

What tools do you usually use?
I think most people use these three types: flat Yatko, round Yatko, and nippers.
These three types will be introduced first. I will not discuss its uses and roles here, but I would like to mainly introduce what changes can be made by using "KUROBISAI".

[Recommended here are the 3 essential tools]

・The grip is stable and you can use it like your hands, allowing you to concentrate on design and creativity.
- Firmly applies force to the thin tip, improving the finish and precision of production.

The size and wire used in the production process vary in thickness and hardness.
You will often have to be careful while working, such as adjusting the grip position with the Yatco according to the thickness and hardness, and adjusting the force to avoid leaving pinch marks.
One of the features of "KUROBISAI" is that the blades become parallel when sandwiching wire, etc. The important point is that the blades should be parallel to each other at a point where they either close or don't close, because no matter where you pinch the wire, whether it's thick or thin, you can work with the same amount of force.

I actually tried using it!

I tried using wires of different thickness to fasten my glasses. The wire was easy to grasp from any position on the Yatco, and I was able to fasten my glasses without using much force.

The nippers were able to easily cut the wire at the desired location.

I want to add it to my current tools and eliminate the inconvenience.

Next, I would like to introduce two tools that can be added to the tools you are currently using to improve production accuracy and eliminate inconveniences: bent Yatko and wide Yatko.

[We recommend this place at Kawara Yatco]

・The tip can reach narrow and deep places
・Can be used like tweezers and uses more force than tweezers

I actually tried using it!

When I connected a lot of parts to a ring jump ring and closed it, with the usual flat YATKO, the parts got in the way and I couldn't grasp it properly, but this curved YATKO makes it easier to reach intricate places and close the jump ring.

I was able to securely crush the ball at the base of the wire by securing it inside the ball chip.

[We recommend the wide Yatco here]

・The contact surface is wide and it is easy to apply force, making it easy to crush, caulk, and bend the nails.
・The contact surface is flat and wide, so it is hard to leave marks from being grabbed.

I actually tried using it!

BezelIf the nails had a narrow tip, it would be difficult to knock them down, and the edge of the blade would slip and cause damage to the stone. With this wide Yatko, I was able to firmly hit the nail on a wide surface.

I was able to close the hard oval Vatican firmly. Since it can be pressed on a wide surface, it is less likely to get scratched.

I was able to use a wide surface to press down on the caulking, which tends to get scratched when using a Yatco with a narrow tip, so I was able to caulk without damaging it.

I want to introduce new tools and review work efficiency.

There seems to be a final tool that I would recommend so far.KiwaseisakujoThese are the flat Yatko and round Yatko that come with nippers, which we didn't carry.
Rounding pins is an essential work in making accessories, and this one tool can do all the steps from cutting the pins to rolling them. There is no need to change tools, improving work efficiency.

[Round Yatko with a blade and flat Yatko with a blade are recommended]

- No need to change hands after cutting pins or wires

I actually tried using it!

After passing a pin through the part and bending it, you can cut the pin with a bladed Maruyatko and roll it up. A flat blade with a blade is recommended for wire work when rounding a lot of pins.
The nipper part is at the base, so if you want to cut the pin leaving the standard length of about 7mm, it is easy to use parts up to about 12mm.

Recommended points for other products

Notched

This type has a jagged texture that prevents it from slipping. (Please be careful not to grab metal fittings as they tend to leave scratches or marks.) Suitable for pulling strings etc. firmly or for gripping thin objects.

K-NI Nippers Black (KUROBISAI)

Flat mouth Yatco zipper nipper with blade

The type with a flat cutter and nippers is suitable for wire work, etc. Zipper nippers are suitable for cutting thick chains and wires. It has a structure that makes it easier to apply force than nippers, so you can cut with less force.

Introducing items that can be used together

Professional storage with tool rolls

As the number of tools you're particular about increases, you'll want to be particular about storing them.
wishlistYou can store pens and other tools along with other tools, so it's also recommended for taking to training sessions or taking outside.
