This is a pendant type part with one through hole in the top part.
Inspired by the historical story of the lost diamond, the Florentine Diamond, it features 86 elegant faceted cuts. The Florentine Diamond was a large yellow diamond weighing 137.27 carats, and after passing through various hands, it became the Crown Jewel of Austria. Later, when the Austro-Hungarian Empire disintegrated, it is said that it was either stolen or recut into a completely different shape, and it is still a lost diamond whose whereabouts are unknown.
