A glass ball made of highly transparent and scratch-resistant acrylic glass (polymethyl methacrylate resin).
This material has excellent impact resistance. It is a glass ball with a hollow inside. Since there are holes, you can put parts such as beads or acrylic pearls inside. It can be used by attaching it to metal fittings such as Heaton caps and bowls with adhesive. If you want to glue a metal fitting with a bowl that is smaller than the hole in the glass ball, you can glue a washer (6 to 7 mm) in the hole and then glue the metal fitting over it.
*Because it is handmade, there may be a difference of +-1mm in ball size and +-3mm in hole size.
*Although the material has excellent impact resistance, it is thin and may be damaged if subjected to strong impact.
*Please be careful not to fill the glass bowl with UV resin as there is a risk of burns due to the curing heat of the UV resin. Also, due to shrinkage after UV resin cures, the finish may not be as good as it should be.
*Due to the manufacturing process, fine shavings produced when drilling holes may adhere to the inside due to static electricity. Thank you for your understanding.
*Cannot be used at temperatures above 70 degrees and cannot be used with alcohol.
