This is an original design from Kiwa Seisakusho.
A soft mold that can be used for UV resin, etc. The soft material makes it easy to remove from the mold.
*Large motifs may warp due to shrinkage during curing. If it warps, apply force to the opposite side immediately after curing to reduce the warp.
*Cannot be used in microwave or oven.
*The mold is a consumable item. In particular, if you continue to use UV resin, the reaction heat may cause deformation or clouding.
- After pouring the resin and curing it, shine the light from the back of the mold again to ensure that no uncured resin remains and the resin is cured properly.
・Shrinkage can be suppressed by finishing in one step rather than curing in separate layers.
- If you are curing in several layers, make the first layer thinner for a better finish.
