Types of secondary materials

An essential secondary material for beadwork. If you know the characteristics of each, you can create any work!

  • Nylon coated wire

    Wire coated with nylon on the surface. It is more tense than Tegus and softer than metal wires.

  • Stainless Steel Wire

    Stainless steel wire type wire. A colour that is easy to match with rhodium metal fittings.

  • Brass wire

    Brass wire type wire. A colour that is easy to match with gold metal fittings.

  • Artistic Wire

    Wire made of brass and copper wires with polyurethane coating. It comes in a wide variety of colors and thicknesses, making it soft and easy to process.

  • Tegus

    The most common nylon string used to pass beads and other things through them. The larger the number, the thicker the size.

  • Antalon Super Antalon

    Tegus stretches like a rubber band. For children's bracelets and hair accessories.
